advertised shortcuts to documents do not have icons
I have created a shortcut to a document (pdf)
I added an icon by pointing at an EXE (acrobat)
When I look at the Shortcut Table in direct editor, it looks correct.
When I look at the Icon Table in direct editor, it looks correct. (the extension is EXE !!! well done InstallShield, that bug only took 5 years to correct)
Once built, the entry in the Icon Table is not present in the MSI, raising ICE03 Not a valid foreign key; Table: Shortcut, Column: Icon_
