Hi,

I have created a Basic MSI setup for deploying a VB.NET project with installshield developer 7. It is adding a few dependencies like adodb & some other dll files on its own.

I wish to remove a few of those files as it would be already be present on the client. Is there a way to do it?

Thanks,

Just uncheck any merge-modules and remove the dll's you don't need.

I didnt check & none of the merge modules are checked either. I am creating a VS.NET setup using installshield developer 7 in the Visual studio development environment. Here i am adding a "primary output of a project" to the destination directory and the primary output and its dependencies are decided while compiling.

So, there are no individual files that i can see & remove.

Any ideas??
