View Full Version : Exported text file (demo.txt) file needed for distribution wizard?

Earlier in my attempts to see if you can export the text of a demo to a useable / editable source outside of the demo I used the option to export the demo text.

Seeing that the file was of little use to me for what I was looking for a I deleted it.

My text is all within the demo and every thing looks as it should be in the designer.

No that I am using the distribution wizard it is looking for this text file I created?

Why and what does it need it for?

I created it again, then imported it, and renamed it and it still looks for it. I guess I am just trying to figure out how not to require this exported text file for distributing the demo.

To fix this, first delete the .dsj file associated with your demo. Then do a Save As and save your demo as a different name. This will create a whole new project where DemoShield doesn't remember having the text file and it won't ask for it again.

Thanks, that worked.
