Hope someone can help me
I employed a person to create a install routine for a application,
unfortunately due to things beyond my control, he was dismissed.
Now i can not get into the software i used our normal password but it is not the same.

I can understand anyone not wanting to post a reply on this forum regarding this.

but please email me all responces will be in confidence

Do you have a demo that is password protected, but you do not have the password?

If so, you will need to send the demo to DemoShield Technical Support either by email at: support@installshield.com or upload to our ftp server at: ftp://ftp.installshield.com/incoming

If you decide to email the letter, put - Online Community - Attn: Kim in the Subject heading. If you decide to upload it to our ftp server, post a response letting me know the file is available and the filename.
