I've seen this happen when you're running multiple install programs
one right after the other, and the first program has not completed
for some reason before the user runs the second program.

I get the following error message whenever attempting to install new software or updating VirusScan:
The InstallShield Engine (iKernel.exe) could not be launched. Error loading type library/DLL.

Any suggestions how I solve this problem?
