I don't know why setup is asking for Disk1 during the file transfer in
maintenance mode. Check the following scenario that produces the error:
- Install software through Network Drive
- Disconnect the Network Drive
- Control Panel | Add/Remove
- Setup is launched, choose Repair
- During file transfer, Setup ask for "Next Disk"...

IS is looking for the Disk1 folder under my temp directory:
"C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\1\pftF.tmp\Disk1". Even though I restore
the connection to my network drive, it won't help because it is looking for
that file on my C drive and my Setup is a single EXE...

So how do I solve this problem? I would prefer if it could search for the
EXE instead and open a File Browse dialog to locate the setup exe file
before doing the file transfer...

IS needs the install archive if you want to add components.
Where should it get the additional components from?

Try to remap your network drive and start your setup.exe instead of
launching
maintenance from the start menu.

Will it be the same behavior when my customers will install the product from
the CD? Will it ask for Disk1 if it can't locate the setup from the CDROM?
