I have recently upgraded to 6.1. Now, I receive an error message on reboot stating....."Error extracting support files. Process is locked by another..."

I have no idea why this is happening.....all help is appreciated...I have a deadline to meet very soon!!

Check next ( lesss probable at end):
1. If there is enough space on the drive whre temporary where temporary directory is.
2. Task Manager - ProcessList -remove any IKernel.exe you see overe there.
3.Clean up the temp directory
4.Restart you computer.
5.Check the admin rights :
