The install of my BDE works fine in W95, but will not work in NT. The
alias does not appear.

I've read similar problems and will be trying them, but in the mean time,
does anyone have a work around ?

Delphi Installshield V1.1- Installing Sybase driver with alias.

Many Thanks

Do you have the permissions (security and owner) to install that alias?

I am installing onto a test machine which is not connected to the network.
No permissions/security measures have been defined.

Hmmm. And there are no copies of the BDE installed on that machine? Or the
IDAPI.CFG read-only?
