There seems to be a problem in UninstallSHield removing all files. I have
taken all advice on setting up the correct File Groups, creating stubs and
such. However to no avail. Here is my directory tree:

<INSTALLDIR>\Bin
<INSTALLDIR>\Doc
<INSTALLDIR>\Help
<INSTALLDIR>\Tips
<INSTALLDIR>\Setup
<INSTALLDIR>\Setup\Web
<INSTALLDIR>\Setup\Disk
<WINDIR>\Config\Sns\Config
<WINDIR>\Config\Sns\Data

I have tried all configurations, including removing the <WINDIR> entries.
Everything is removed except my .exe's in my Bin directory (the .dll and
...lib files DO get removed). These .exe's are not in memory (since I hav
testing installing on a clean system and immediately Uninstall the
delivery.

I am totally lost.

If you're creating a 16 bit install with Express 1.11 then there is
this bug:
No files in a group, which contains atleast one selfregistering file,
are removed during unInstall. You can minimize the damage by moving
the self-registering files to a different group. The best solution would
be to install your selfregistering files into the WINDIR or WINSYSDIR.

With Express 2 the self-registering files are still left over but
the other files get removed.
