After trying to get our application to run after the install ( it
wouldn't ) wth IS3, we decided to try to use SetupWizard
from VB 4.

Surprise! There were many files that were included in the install
than what IS tells. A file called vv220.odb???? What is this?
We are installing all the .DLL's and .OCX's by the book ( i.e. Self
registering OCX's are registered with LaunchAppandWait(), vb400.dll,
etc). A couple of questions:

One VB book mentions that a file called OLE2.REG should be registered
if you are using VB 4.0 OLE automation in your app. Where is this
file?!

Do you have to register MFC40.DLL? This comes installed with NT 4.0.
Does anyone know if this has to be Registered.

WE seem to be having QUITE a problem with Class ID's and GUIDs in the
installed app. This may be due to the fact that the development
machine and the machine which builds our actual components for the
install are TWO DIFFERENT MACHINES!!! DOES THIS MAKE A DIFFERENCE
IN REFERENCE TO CLASS IDS which are registred at installation time??
