View Full Version : Specific User isnt receiving email to approve

I have a peculiar case of one single user who doesnt receive the email notification for the approval when request for software is done. Additionally when I reset the approval workflow the email gets triggered to him.

The email log file shows blank , for example the log file reads " Send initial email to: and stays blank. When I reset the Approval workflow I can see "send initial email to <email address>".

The user has been remove dfrom SCCM, Re-ran discovery to fetch the user information but see the same issue

Has someone come across this issue?

Any help / feedback appreciated.
