How can I pass a property into a merge module during setup?

The property table is shared by all merge modules and the setup script
(standard setup) as long as the same MSI handle is used. So if you set a
property in your script that property can be read by your merge module.

Eg.
Your merge module read a property called TESTPROPERTY and take actions
depending of the value of that property. From script you can set this
property to "1" by calling the following function:

MsiSetProperty(ISMSI_HANDLE, "TESTPROPERTY", "1");
