Install action execute before finising other action

Hi,

I am facing some threading issue. Like in install sequence i created two action.
1. Create DB schema
2. Run some query on schema

but when i install the software an error thrown at 2nd step saying db schema not created.
my question is " why 2nd action started if 1st has finished yet ? "
