Hello Sir,
Good Day!.
I am preparing new build (Setup.exe) using Install Shield 2014 simple MSI project Type. I have DLL which is prepared from VS2012 with Dot Net Framework 4 for preparing Crystal Reports. In the redistributable, I included Crystal Reports Run Time Engine (SAP Crystal Reports Runtime engine for .Net Framework 4.0 (CRRuntime_13_0_12.msm), Crystal Reports 2012 Runtime (CRRuntime_13_0_12.MSI) and Microsoft .Net Framework 4.0 Full and other required PRQ's. I didn't received any error, Build is successful. But When I launch the Setup.exe, my DLL is not registered under the assembly. So I am not able to access the Crystal report through my application.

In the Dot Net Side, Project Properties, Under Compile Section, I checked Register for COM interop.

Also I copied the DLL under GlobalAssembleCache in Install Shield Files and Folders section. When I select Self Register Check box, it is giving Error (Error 1904 "DLL Failed to register) during the launch of Setup.exe. But when I uncheck the Self Register, no error but dll is not registered under assembly.

Herewith I attached my Log file for your reference.
Kindly guide me.

Thanks in Advance,
