Hi,

I am using the version of ISX that came with ISP5 (version 2.0) to create a
32 bit install of a Paradox program. One of my beta testers got the
message that he did not have access to C:\PROGRAM FILES\BORLAND\COMMON
FILES\BDE and the install would not write the BDE files into that
directory. The C:\PROGRAM FILES\BORLAND\etc directory structure did not
previously exist on the machine. The install did create the directory
structure but will not write into it.

Does anyone know why? Can you explain it to this frustrated newbie?
