Hi ,

As of now i am creating SQL Server express "Named Instance" with the help of following command.and working fine.
Setup /qs /action=install /FEATURES=SQL /INSTANCENAME=ABCD /SECURITYMODE=" + "SQL" + " /SQLSVCACCOUNT=NT AUTHORITY\\SYSTEM/SAPWD=1234 /SQLSYSADMINACCOUNTS=" + "BUILTIN\\ADMINISTRATORS /SkipRules=RebootRequiredCheck";

I heard we can create "Named Instance" from "Install Shield IDE" itself. But i am able to install SQL express from IDE(Which is available in "redistributable" List) but i am not able to create "Named Instance " from Install Shield 2012 Premier IDE.

So any help that you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

Regards,
Reddy
