Incorrectly reported screen resolution

Hi, I am running InstallShield 2010 Express and encountering a problem where the screen resolution on a Terminal Server is being reported incorrectly. I have enabled logging and seen the following in the MSIxxx.log file
Property(S): ScreenY = 600
Property(S): ScreenX = 800
Since I am logged on via RDP with a higher resolution than this and there is no-one else logged on remotely or via the console this is not related to a windows user session. I was wondering if anyone can tell me the reg key this is being read from when the MSI is querying the system?

These properties are provided by Windows Installer - see MSDN (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/aa371529.aspx) for more detail. Well, kinda; there's no detail on how the property's value is determined.
