View Full Version : Unable to create directories on target machine

I am trying to create a data directory on the target machine and copy some sample files in there for the tool I am working on. The only folder I have been able to get the tool to create is a child folder under the Program Files installation location. I would like to install these files in a directory under My Documents. I have tried the Wizard and the Folders dialog and I have placed folders under both [AppDatafolder] and [CommonFilesFolder] and then searched the target machine. I have tried this with and without files added to those folders. As far as I can tell, my directories are not getting created anywhere on the machine and my sample files are not getting copied to the target machine either. What is the trick to get the install to create folders under the My Documents branch?
