View Full Version : Flexera Software Automated Activation Process Failed - No response from email team

Hello, we recently had to rebuild a machine running InstallShield due to corruption of other software. We uninstalled with an active connection to the internet then once rebuilt, tried to re-install and activation is not successful. The e-mail we got is:

"In an effort to ensure the integrity of each InstallShield license, Flexera intermittently validates InstallShield license usage. It appears that your license has already been activated on at least one machine. Since this serial number <serial number not posted> is a single-user, single-machine license it may be out of compliance for a number of reasons that you may not be aware of. We are happy to work with you to address this but you will need to contact one of our Specialists for further review at activation-team@flexerasoftware.com."

We've sent emails to the address provided above three times with no response yet. Can someone possibly help us here to get our license reset?

Thanks for your post. For a brief period of time our email template contained an incorrect email address which likely caused the problem you describe. It has since been corrected, and I apologize for the frustration. The correct email address in the template should be:
