I tried to perform an offline verification by sending some text via email to: offlineactivations@macrovision.com but this was rejected. I suspect that the email address is not valid anymore. The problem is that I failed to uninstall my InstallShield Express 2008 as required by the verification process. I am now trying to reinstall it again and the email option does not work.

Is anyone at Acresso able to help with this request? I can send the appropriate licensing text to a valid email address.

That email address should work. We're looking into why it isn't working. In the meantime, you can send the verification information to the following email address:
offlineactivations@acresso.com
