The software manager (for Installshield 2008 Professional) has stopped working for me. The message I get displayed with when I launch the Update manager is:

The product version is not registered on the server. Contact the administrator of your FLEXnet Connect account.

What does this error message mean, and what causes it? I was able to access the update manager just yesterday.

We have actually been performing maintanence on that box recently.

Try again when you are on the machine next ... a reboot may not hurt either.
