InstallShield needs to be run in admin mode on Vista

Why does InstallShield need to be run in admin mode on Vista? Doesn't this contravene the Vista Logo requirements?

There are a number of things InstallShield does that require unmitigated access to the build machine, which is not unlike other development and build environments that also have similar requirements.

Is there a specific concern you might have or just in general regarding Administrative Privilege Requirements?
