'Runs' vs. 'Counted' License

Is there a way to support execution 'run' based licensing with the Publisher API? I.e. if I want to allow lc_checkout/checkin to succeed X number of times.

No, as you know, you can set a duration with an ASR or other activation type, but there's currently not a built-in way to limit the application to a number of launches.
