I am using IS Express to sign both the Setup.exe and .msi file associated with our installation package. We require administrative permissions in Vista to install. The Setup.exe is fine but when the installation tries to run the .msi file, we get the orange "An unidentified program wants access to your computer". When I review the .msi file in Explorer, it is signed and the signature looks OK. If I execute the .msi file directly from Explorer, then it's OK - I still get a window asking if I want to run the file, but it's the window I would expect with the publisher, etc.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why the .msi file creates a problem when the installation tries to execute it?

Thanks,
