Hi,

When my database is installed, it should be installed using the permissions of the logged on user. It seems to do so for the initial DB creation, but then informs me that Domain\Machinename$ does not have access to the database.

This worked fine in IS 11.5. If I use the SQL sa account and password it works fine.

Product: Blah -- Error 27553.Error connecting to database Blah . Server: Microsoft SQL Server Blah . Server user 'Domain\Machinename$' is not a valid user in database 'Blah'. (916)

From Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, are you able to access to the database after you log onto the server using the Windows Authentication (as Domain\Machinename$)?
