Beta 2: "Unable to install an evaluation license"

I am using one of our lab computers to test InstallShield 12 to avoid any potential problems on my development computer. Earlier I had Beta 1 installed and have used it a good bit. Today I wiped the lab computer (restored a Ghost image) to clean it and installed Beta 2. When I first tried to launch the program I got an error message stating "the evaluation period has expired". I tried again, but received a message that reported Error 31, "Unable to install an evaluation license". I thought that perhaps my Internet connection was down (maybe the Beta 2 copy needed to contact a home server at InstallShield to verify the license?), but web connections are fine.

How can I activate this copy of Beta 2?
