We have our setup.exe located on a network folder. After installing, if you go to add/remove programs, then click here for support information, a dialog is displayed that has a repair button. If you click that the error dialog attached is displayed. Is there a way to make this button work correctly?

If you're using a media type where everything is compressed into setup.exe, the issue is that the installation files---including the MSI database---are uncompressed into a temporary location, the installer runs, and then the temporary location is removed. During repair and some other maintenance operations, Windows Installer looks for the MSI package in the location it was run from (as in your screenshot), but can't find it because that temporary directory was deleted.

Two of the options to solve this are to use an uncompressed media type, or to build a Web media type with which you specify a location to cache the installation files...
