Is 6645 actually fatal?

I really don't care for the solution of turning off scanning for dependencies in a install build for an application written in VB.NET 2003. That's part of the reason I have stuck with this product.

One thing I've noticed. Even with a bucket load of 6645 messages, the dependecies are scanned and added properly and a build is produced. Is the resulting file ok or is it flawed in some subtle way?

I do not believe it is fatal, my installs seem to be ok. But, it breaks my BUILD scripts since it runs an error back to ANT
