I get this error:
Media too small. Could not fit data2.cab on disk 1
with the error code 129.
The thing is that I have chosen a custom size on my disks, so I've entered a value (1900 MB) so that InstallShield should make cabs that fit on disks of this size. How can it say that data2.cab could not fit when it is InstallShield that decided how big it wanted to make data2.cab with the sole purpose of making it fit there!?
What's even stranger is that this worked fine. I changed nothing at all in my InstallShield project. Then when I changed the files in the folders from which it packs the cabs, I suddenly got this error.
The error message itself is totally ilogical and self-contradicting. Has anyone else had this problem and know what's REALLY the problem?

Found this:
helpnet.installshield.com/Robo/BIN/Robo.dll?tpc=/robo/projects/installshield10-5helplib/Error_129.htm
Seems to explain it. :) Hope it helps someone else as well!
