How to display Uninstall dialogs?

In IS 11 Express, the Installation Designer > Custom Actions section shows many dialogs in the Custom Actions during Uninstallation. Eg: Welcome dialog, Maintenance Type dialog, Ready to Remove dialog, and so on.

But none of them appear to be invoked automatically on uninstall.

How do I invoke these dialogs?

How do I cause the uninstallation dialogs to appear on uninstall? Simple question, I think.

The install dialogs are selectable. Where are the uninstall dialogs??

Those dialogs should be displayed when uninstallation is not done in silent mode.

How did you trigger uninstallation?
