View Full Version : To Macrovision: Who should I contact?

I have tried to activate InstallShield 11 Express and it is telling me that I have activated it to many times. Who should I contact regarding this problem?

I have tried support@macrovision.com, but it no-one has got back in touch with me. Could someone from Macrovision please point me in the right direction?

I've got the exact same problem. Trying to activate by e-mail crashes the activation application. I also send an email to support@macrovision.com, with no succes...

It seems that getting hold of anyone from Macrovision is a hard thing to achieve. I did however receive an e-mail from them about a week after logging the ticket. The sender's address was installshieldsupport@macrovision.com.

You may want to give that a try.

I also sent a message to them using their "Contact Us" form which can be found in the "Company" item from the menu along the top of their home page. I don't now if I got the response from using this form or from the support@macrovision.com. Who knows?!?
