View Full Version : Logo testing error message when trying to install InstallShield 11 Express

I tried to report this via eService, but when I would go through the "Get your eService User ID and Password" links was just getting messages about the web page containing errors.

I purchased and downloaded Installshield 11 Express today, but when I try to install it on my XP Home system I get the error message "The software you are installing has not passed Windows Logo testing to verify its compatibility with Windows XP. This software will not be installed". And when I click OK, the installation is cancelled. I rebooted my system, disabled the virus checker, and tried again, with the same (lack of) results.

I've been looking for information about this on the InstallShield site but haven't found any section for installation problems yet.
