View Full Version : End User Cannot Activate product

Out of 147 product activation 2 failed so far (1.3%).

Users try to activate their product, it does not work. So they are prompted to activate by e-mail.
On the activation e-mail, the received Serial number is blank and the requet code cannot be used. Our users can activate 3 times. It looks this happens when users try to activate a second time.

Is anyone experiencing something similar?
