Hi all -

I've inherited a project and I need to change the location of the source files used for building the installation package.

Is there a way to do this for an entire project at one time ... ?

Thanks in advance for your time and assistance,

-dS

Hi, you should be able to do it from the 'Path Variables' view in the left hand column.

Thanks for the response ...

I've done that, and saved the project file ... and when I go to 'Files and Folders' and look at the files included in the project they are still linked to the old location.

Any thoughts ... ?

Hello,

as far as I understand - you want to change the static or dynamic file links to the source files included in your IS Project.
This has to be done in the Components View.
But I don't know if that can be done automatically.
I would do that manually, component by component. Could be a lot of work
but is quite straightforward.
First check the old link structure and make notes what they contain.
Then delete the old links and create it new according to the new locations of the files.
You get messages during the build run if some files were not found.
