After installing the InstallShield 11 Evaluation, it presented the error message "Unable to install an evaluation license (error 310)".

This update did not function! We try to install UpdateFix3 but also it did not function! The evaluation version of this program was installed in 32 computers, and it did not function in none of them! We are testing some softwares of this category, in the beginning the priority was the InstallShield 11, but unhappyly we will have that to opt to another software. It is a lamentable situation.

We are having the exact same problem. In fact, we just tried to install the InstallShield 11 evaluation on a newly formatted, newly installed Windows XP Pro system with the same result.

The HotFix 3, when it is run, returns this error:

Setup has experienced an error.

Please do the following:
- Close any running programs
- Empty your temporary folder
- Check your Internet connection

Then try to run the Setup again.

Error code: -6002

Any ideas?
