I have the InstallShield Express version that came with Delphi, can I use
it to install applications that aren't made with Delphi? Or do I need to
buy the Professional version of InstallShield Express?

You will have to buy InstallShield Express 2. It has support for all the
new versions of Delphi, VB etc.

Happy coding

True, but won't that cache all those videos (all 1GB of them) into the temp
folder? I know that in the land of huge hard drives, that not much of a
concern, but those pesky small harddrives are still out there!
