SP1 for InstallShield X Express?

There's a note at http://community.installshield.com/showpost.php?p=289475&postcount=2 that indicates that SP1 for X Express was due out at the beginning of September, but it doesn't seem to be there yet. Any hint as to when it would be out?

I'm eager to get the fix to the 6248 warning that's already out for the Premier/Enterprise version.

We have not publically released SP1. But users that need it for specific fixes can get it. The fix that you need is not in SP1. I will see if I can get it added to the next SP we do.

That's unfortunate :(. I haven't identified anything else yet for which I need a specific fix, so getting the Express SP1 now wouldn't help. Getting the 6248 fix would be nice, but it's not yet critical.
