skip a component when "repairing"

Hi there,

I have a Control-NT-service component which will stop and delete an old-version service during installation/upgrading.

After installed, from Add/Remove -> choose repair, the installer seems try to reinstall the said component - I guess so because the installer failed at "trying to stop the service".

For this component, I 've set its condition as "NOT Installed".

Questions:
1. for "repair" mode, how to log the process?

2. What property will tell it's "repairing", not installing?
