The Delete File product action lets you specify a file to delete either during installation or uninstallation.

Ok. But i don't know the name of the files.

Are wildcards allowed? "*.*"

I believe that action does not support wildcard specifications; one could write a custom bean that uses the FileService interface to enumerate the files in a directory and then delete them...

This is possibly a little late given that you asked the question 5 days ago, but if you want to delete all the files in a folder, you could use the Delete Directory product action. If you need the folder to remain afterwards, you could always Create Directory. This might be easier than writing your own custom bean to delete stuff.
