Hello Everyone,
I am getting very frustrated with Developer 7 SP4.
I build a Basic Install with the Install Directory as: [ProgramFile]AbbyyRuntime. I build the release media and the install works fine. Now, I want to change the install directory to the main root of the drive: C:\AbbyyRuntime\. So, I go to Product Properties and change the InstallDIR to: AbbyyRuntime. Build and run, and here it is: Error 1606: Could not access network location AbbyyRuntime. If I go and change back to original Install directory, still getting the same error. I also tried to set the install directory to AbbyyRuntime during the Basic MSI wizard, still get the error. I have been trying for 2 days with new installs and build and no luck yet. I search this error, but none of the solutions helped me. I want to install the application on the main drive in AbbyyRuntime, it shouldn't be that difficult. What am I missing? Please help,
Thanks

Thanks JStone,
Still no luck for me. I am changing the value in the INSTALLDIR under General Information > Product Properties
from: [ProgramFilesFolder]AbbyyRuntime
to: [WindowsVolume]AbbyyRuntime
[ProgramFilesFolder]AbbyyRuntime is working, then when I change to [WindowsVolume]AbbyyRuntime then the runtime gives error 1606. Even if I go back to [ProgramFilesFolder]AbbyyRuntime , still doesn't work any time.
I can't see anything wrong with the INSTALLDIR new path, can someone see something that I don't? Why it doesn't work when I change the path the original working path?

Thanks all
