View Full Version : Error 1309 - invisible files

I have a product CD which installs happily for most most customers but occasionally one reports that he has had error 1309 when the install tries to copy files from the CD. The files are in D:\Programs files\Greenhill Software\SIP. If the client uses Windows Explorer to see if the files are there the SIP directory appears to be empty. One client used the same CD to install successfully on a different machine so presumably there is something interfering on particular machines, but I have not idea what. This problem has been reported on Windows XP and 2000.
