MSM (Merge Modules) Not getting installed on Windows NT 4.0 SP6

Hello,

I've upgraded a previous InstallSheild 6.x Professional project to DevStudio 9. I have added a few MergeModules (MSM) objects to the project. The Install works fine on Windows XP but the merge modules fail to get installed on Windows NT 4.0 SP6. WHY!?

Is this a known bug in DevStudio 9? Or are there issues with upgraded projects?

Can I do something to detect failure of the MSM installs?

Also this project is just an InstallScript Project, not an InstallScript MSI project. The convert options are grayed out in the Project Menu (why?). Do I even need to convert this project to an InstallScript MSI project to fix this?

Did you remember to deliver the MSI Engine? You should add the MSI Engine as a seperate Feature and insure that the Feature is placed above the merge module in the Feature list.
