If you're talking about how to do this with InstallShield Express:

You need create an Express project of type Borland C++,
Delphi or C++ Builder and run thro' the BDE wizard
which appears after you select the BDE object available
under the Specify InstallShield Objects.../General Options
tab. The online help can also guide you thro' the Wiazrd.

If you are using InstallShield Express to create your installation

1. Create your project of type BC++ or Delphi or C++ Builder
2. Click on "General Options" under "Select InstallShield Objects for
Delphi" on the yellow checklist.
3. Check BDE.

InstallShield will do the rest. (Ofcourse you have to enter the alias names
if your application need them).

FYI, InstallShield Express 2.0 Evaluation copy is available for download
from our web site www.installshield.com. The new Express supports VC++5.0
VB5, Delphi 3, Power++, ...
