Hi experts,

I am new to this Installshield , needed experts help to solve my problem.

I am trying to develop a wrapper for pkgadd to install the package in solaris.

Following is the details i did.

In Solaris package action,

modified the admin file options
package abbrevation
specified the package source device.
specified the the response file.
and also specified the operation timeout and estimated time
values to much more than the actual time required.

when i try to run the installer,
in summary , some times it shows total size to be 0 kb.
and also sometime it shows the actual size of the package.

And my second problem is , after installing [ ie, the installer shows package successfully installed and when the package size is of the actual size ] the destination installation directory doesn't have any files specifc to the package, but it contains _uninst directory and logs.txt file.

Is there any thing i am missing or doing any thing wrong.

Please help me to solve this.

Thanks In Advance,
Chandrashekar.
