I am getting this strange "Create Process" error on Windows when trying to use a bundled JVM to launch my install. I have issued the command: setup.exe -is:log C:\log.txt to see the output of the JVM search launcher calls and my output is below:

Why am i seeing this CreateProcess failed message?

I found the problem. You need to make sure your jvm file is accurate as to where the java.exe is located. For example, the
JMV_EXE property needs to be the correct location to the java.exe

(ie. JVM_EXE: jre\bin\java.exe)

Changing this property to the right path location fixed the problem.
