I find the following statement, in What new for 5.0, a bit confusing

Generic Unix Support:
A Generic Unix platform pack has been added to provide developers with the ability to target Unix OS platforms that are not supported by the Solaris, Linux, or HP-UX platform packs.

Does it mean the Generic Unix platform pack will not work in
Solaris, Unix and HP? Or does it mean it is designed to support other Unix flavors which are not not supported by ISMP natively?
It is later, is it a typo that AIX is missing from the list?
I assume it means the later!

Generic Unix is supported on all of the Unix platforms that ISMP previously supported in addition to other Operating Systems.
