Help icon

Can someone please tell me what dll the windows help icon can be found in? Right now I'm having to use a .ico file and this is inconsistant in XP.

What happens if you just leave the icon field empty? Build (ignore any warnings or errors) and install on XP. Technically this should grab the icon registered on the system for help files.
