Rebate for german ISX?

refering on http://community.installshield.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=106460&perpage=5&pagenumber=1 as I have now seen the german version is out (Why hasn't there been a devletter???) I would like to know if there is a time limited rebate for the german Express? There has been something like this for the english one...

Yes, there is a E50/$50 rebate on upgrades to Express 4 German, as well as E100/$100 rebate on new units of Express 4 German. Based on the timing of the German release, this rebate offer extends to January 31, 2003 (the rebate offer on the English version ends December 31, 2002).
