We recently purchased InstallShield 3.5, but we received no serial number with our purchase.

We have version 3 also, but the serial number from version 3 did not work with version 3.5.

Any ideas? The retailer that sold us the software says they have no idea! :confused:

Did you purchase from a reseller, named ASAP? Irregardless, PM me with who you purchased from, and when and I'll take care of it personally.

I sent you a private mesage with your InstallShield Express 3.5 serial number (it looks like you bought Express, not AdminStudio). There's no email, on file, hence the PM.

Let me know if you have any other problems with this issue.
