It is due to the settings in Norton Antivirus program. To resolve this behavior, use one of the following options,
- When the warning appears, choose to ignore it and continue. - Modify the virus scanning settings to not monitor scripts. This URL explains why the message is displayed, and settings in Norton Antivirus that you can change. Alternatively, you may want to report a false positive to Norton.

Similar problem
I have a similar problem. When building a new set of mediia, setup.exe is always tagged as a virus and removed from the media directory resulting in the error:
Full notice is: "ISDEV : warning -5000: Component '<Disk1>Disk1 Files(2)' contains a link to a non-existent file - 'C:\ShipCaptain\MyInstallshieldProjects\Cruise Ship Captain\Media\CDROM_IMAGE\Disk Images\Disk1\setup.exe'" The file is always "setup.exe". It is easy to fix as I can just copy a file to disk1, but why does this happen? I am using Mcafee George Losey |
